 At this level, athletes muscle will memorize reptitive movements that can affect their performace over a lifetime. These clinics are designed to teach proper shooting technique, lacrosse specific agility, develop quickness in every direction, and build a solid foundation for overall athleticism.  

 

 The Lacrosse Clinics will:

  • Develop body control

  • Improve Coordination

  • Increase Fast Twitch Muscles

  • Develop Shooting techniques

  • Improve play making skills

DB CLINICS

 JAMORIS SLAUGHTER 

(Defensive Backs Specialist)

 

Played every Defensive Back position in college and played on the Professional Level. He has the experience and understanding on what it takes to master your craft.

 

 

 DB Program will:

 

  • DB Footwork/ Fundamentals

  • Improve Coordination/Body Control

  • Increase hip mobility

  • Increase Single leg Power, Strength, Explosion

  • Improve Balance & Stability 

  • Develop Core Strength

  • Hand-eye Coordination

  • Enhance Movement skills
